I was hired to lead production for Lids' national "Make Them Look" campaign, a fashion-forward initiative designed to showcase how sports jerseys can be incorporated into everyday streetwear and lifestyle fashion. Within two weeks of the production date, I assembled and managed a 12-person production team, overseeing all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production. I served as the campaign's director and lead editor, guiding the creative vision from concept through final delivery while conducting both supervised and independent editing sessions. In addition to creative leadership, I managed production operations including crew coordination, payroll, equipment rentals, budgeting, and financial tracking. My role required balancing creative execution with logistical and financial oversight to ensure the campaign was delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the brand's national marketing objectives.
